POLICY STATEMENT FOR 2028 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

John Badger
Together We Rise, Together We Thrive

As a candidate for the 2028 presidential election, I am committed to implementing policies that prioritize the rights and well-being of all Americans. My policy agenda focuses on transparency, accountability, healthcare, education, and social welfare reform.

Transparency and Accountability in Law Enforcement and the Judicial System

I will implement a policy that mandates the immediate release of body camera footage to individuals whose images appear in the footage, ensuring that victims and their families do not face unnecessary delays in accessing critical evidence. In cases involving deceased individuals, self-litigants, attorneys, or family members should have immediate access to the footage without obstruction.

Court proceedings must be fully recorded and made public, with exceptions for juvenile cases and cases involving sexual assault. The American people have the constitutional right to hold public officials accountable, including judges and prosecutors. Too often, corruption thrives in secrecy, and this reform will restore trust in the judicial process.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have failed in their duty to hold corrupt officials accountable. I propose defunding these agencies and replacing them with independent oversight bodies that will truly serve the people.

Healthcare Reform and Medical Accountability

The rising maternal mortality rate in America is unacceptable. We will hold medical providers accountable and enforce stricter sanctions for malpractice and negligence.

Medicaid and Medicare should not be restricted to low-tier hospitals or clinics. All Americans, regardless of socioeconomic status, deserve access to quality healthcare.

Functional medicine and herbal medicine should be recognized and funded as legitimate healthcare options. Many Americans prefer natural healing methods over pharmaceutical solutions, and they should have the freedom to choose.

The opioid crisis has been fueled by pharmaceutical companies and medical institutions. To combat this epidemic, opioid prescriptions will be limited to a three-day supply within hospitals only—no refills will be dispensed through pharmacies. If we are serious about tackling drug abuse, we must start by addressing legal drug distribution.

Education Reform and Economic Mobility

Children's education should never be used as a political bargaining tool. I will work with Congress to pass legislation that permanently protects funding for education, Social Security, disability benefits, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Welfare programs such as food stamps, Section 8, and HUD housing should be a stepping stone rather than a permanent solution. Under my administration, participation in these programs will be limited to eight years. During this time, recipients will have access to childcare, education, and job training without deductions from their benefits.

After the eight-year period, individuals will be required to transition off these programs unless they demonstrate a valid hardship, which could extend their assistance for an additional four years. This approach is designed to empower people to become self-sufficient while ensuring that assistance remains available for those who truly need it.

We will also reform policies that penalize two-parent households. Government programs should support strong family structures rather than discourage them. Studies consistently show that children raised in two-parent households have higher graduation rates, better emotional well-being, and lower crime involvement compared to those raised in single-parent homes. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, children in two-parent households are 82% less likely to experience poverty, and they are more than twice as likely to graduate from college compared to children from single-parent homes.

My administration will work to ensure that America moves forward with integrity, fairness, and opportunity for all. These policies are designed to uplift every American and strengthen our nation for generations to come.

Together We Rise, Together We Thrive.

A New Vision for America: John Robert Badger 2028

As America stands at a crossroads, the people are calling for real leadership—someone who will stand up for their rights, protect their freedoms, and restore the values that make this country great. John Robert Badger is answering that call.

The current administration has left the American people struggling with economic instability, an unchecked immigration crisis, and a government that prioritizes corporate interests over the well-being of its citizens. Instead of focusing on solutions, Washington has been consumed by division, corruption, and political games that have left the working class behind.

The promise of prosperity has been replaced by uncertainty. Small businesses are closing their doors, inflation has driven the cost of living through the roof, and American jobs are being outsourced while corporations rake in record profits. Families are struggling, and it’s time for leadership that will fight for them—not against them.

The First Order of Business

On Day One of his presidency, John Robert Badger will take immediate action to put America back on track.

Ending Economic Manipulation – The days of unregulated financial schemes like Doge and other market-manipulating tactics will come to an end. Those responsible for crippling our economy—whether individuals, corporations, or foreign entities—will be held fully accountable. Any country involved in economic warfare against the American people will face severe consequences.

Stopping the Massive Deportations & Keeping Families Together – The immigration system is broken, but tearing families apart is not the solution. The focus will shift to fair and just immigration reform that secures our borders while upholding the values of dignity and opportunity.

Restoring American Agriculture & Local Farming – The American people deserve American-grown food. The reliance on foreign imports will be reduced as local farmers are given the support and resources needed to thrive. This will strengthen food security and create jobs in rural communities.

Rebuilding the American Workforce – Jobs should not be a privilege; they should be a right for every able and willing worker. Vocational training programs will be expanded, and industries will be revitalized to ensure American jobs stay in America.

Raising the Federal Minimum Wage to $20–$25 an Hour – Corporations have slashed workplace diversity and inclusion programs, claiming financial strain. Yet, they continue to see record-breaking profits while workers struggle to survive. With these cost-saving measures already in place, there is no excuse for failing to pay workers a fair, livable wage. It has been over 50 years since the last significant wage increase. That changes in 2028.

The People’s Agenda

This campaign is about more than politics—it’s about people. It’s about the single mother working two jobs just to put food on the table. It’s about the small business owner who has been forced out of the market by corporate monopolies. It’s about the farmer whose land is being sold off to foreign investors. It’s about every American who feels unheard, unrepresented, and forgotten.

The solutions are clear:

Economic Stability & Inflation Control – Government spending will be reined in, wasteful programs will be cut, and policies will be enacted to keep inflation in check. The people’s hard-earned money will no longer be devalued by reckless decision-making.

Healthcare That Works for Everyone – The cost of healthcare has skyrocketed while millions remain uninsured. The priority will be on lowering prescription drug prices, expanding access to preventive care, and ensuring that no American is left behind when it comes to their well-being.

Education & Workforce Development – The American education system has failed too many for too long. More funding will be directed toward trade schools, vocational training, and career readiness programs to equip future generations with the skills they need to succeed in a modern economy.

Social Justice & Equal Opportunity – The Constitution applies to every American—no exceptions. Equal treatment under the law will be enforced, and justice reform will ensure fairness and accountability at all levels.

National Security & Foreign Policy – America will no longer be at the mercy of foreign adversaries. Our military will be modernized, our borders secured, and our diplomatic alliances strengthened to ensure peace through power.

From the Courthouse to the White House: The Constitution Will Be Protected, Recognized, and Respected

The United States was founded on principles of freedom, justice, and democracy. Those values have been tested, but they will never be broken. Under John Robert Badger’s leadership, the American people will take back their government from corporate greed, foreign interference, and career politicians who have long forgotten their purpose.

The Constitution is not a relic—it is the foundation of this nation. In 2028, it will be upheld by the people, for the people.

This is more than an election; this is a movement. A movement to rebuild, restore, and reclaim the American dream.

Together We Rise, Together We Thrive!

Join the movement. Vote for John Robert Badger in 2028. The future starts now.
